Hello there,

I'm Laura and this website and everything in it has been inspired by a passion I have had for the last 3 years. My mother and I work as doulas and create jewelry together. Over the last 3 years,  a question I have heard a lot is, what do you get the midwife, doula, nurse,or new momma as a gift of gratitude, and finally it hit me! Hand stamped jewelry is the perfect gift!  It's the perfect way to capture and cherish any special moment or memory. I feel so honored to know that we've created something affordable to bless other people with. We not only have jewelry inspired from birth but also for rememberances, school graduations, bridesmaids gifts, birthday presents, and for Mother's day. I am always up to new ideas or custom orders so please feel free to click on the place order tab to get started!

Birth is something that I've been around my whole life. I attended the birth of my siblings and was very involved in a few of my friends pregnancies even before graduating high school. In 2010 I became a Certified Doula.

The word "doula" comes from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves" and is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth; or who provides emotional and practical support during the postpartum period. Doulas are generally hired early in pregnancy and walk with the pregnant woman through the entire journey. Doulas are there to answer questions and give support along the way. During pregnancy a doula arms the parents with information about medical interventions, including risks and benefits, and allows them to make informed decisions about their birth.Doulas provide encouragement and constant support throughout the entire labor and delivery to both mother AND father. Doulas stay the entire length of your labor, up until you and baby are resting comfortably.

There are several benefits of having a doula at your birth:

:• A 50% reduction in your chance of having a cesarean

• A 60% reduction in the use of epidural anesthesia

• A 40% reduction in the use of Pitocin

• A 25% reduction in the time of labor

• A 40% reduction in the use of forceps and vacuum extraction

• Successful breastfeeding

• Reduced post-partum depression

• Reduced levels of anxiety

• Found to be superior to Lamaze

• Result in a more positive birth experience

• Mothers feel more in control

I also offer Placenta Encapsulation services in the Shasta & Tehama areas as well.

The benefits of Placenta Encapsulation are:

  • Replenish depleted iron levels

  • Relieves postpartum depression

  • Assist the uterus to return to its pre-pregnancy state

  • Reduce post-natal bleeding

  • Increase milk production

  • Make for a happier, more enjoyable post-natal period

  • Increase your energy levels

  • Help to balance your hormones

Baby blues can effect up to 80% of women within the first week of birth.

Women who consume their placenta report fewer emotional issues and a

more enjoyable babymoon. Who wouldn’t want that?!

A prouder mother, I could not be! It's been my pleasure to watch my daughter, Laura, serve expectant families in our community and I'm so excited that she's branching out to serve those who are on the internet...our extended communities! :) She has a passion for helping, for creating, for life.

The jewelry on this site is either made by her, myself, or a combination of both of our creative hands and hearts. We love to work together to provide you with the best jewlery to satisfy you!

I look forward to be creating for you in the future!

Blessings~Tracey
